HANDLECOLLISIONS & BATCHSQL issue

 In the replicat parameter, I have specified HANDLECOLLISIONS parameter during the initial load process.This has some issue with BATCHSQL parameter in the same replicat parameter file.
Is there a conflict specifying both the parameters?

RELICAT tries to skip the error for some records due to HANDLECOLLISIONS and after some time, it just abends.
