Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. HI

I have installed BI Publisher Trial version 11.1.1.6.0 64 bit. Attempting to install BI Publisher Desktop gave the following errors.

1. Install 64 bit version. Message "You need the 32 bit version." Result: Install unsuccessful.

2. Download and install 32 bit version Message "You need JRE 6 installed." Result: Install unsuccessful.

Checked JRE and have 1.6 1.6.0_35 > C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe true

Assistance appreciated.
