How to add more options in "Notify" window

 Hi

 Oracle has provided "Enter Employee" form whcih comes under enter and maintain forms. ( its a template provided by oracle containing people and assigment fields on one tab page)

 There is a button name "Action" which enabled when the record is saved. When we click this button it opens another window which contains a buttion name "Notify"

 In notification screen there are different options available like "employee transfer, posting etc.

 When one select an option and see preview it shows a preview of a letter carrying employee record whos record is just saved.

 I like to know if we can add  more options in notify window. if yes then from where.
