Disaster recovery cloning

 Hi
   Please let us know whether the below mentioned steps are correct in performing a cloning of the complete os box which includes two databases and a standalone ASM.

  Actually DEV box is getting refreshed with PROD box which is having standalone ASM and databases.  Please let us know whether the below mentioned steps are correct in starting up of ASM.

1.  Verify the permissions of /etc/oracle/ocr.loc file
2. Configure CSS service using "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/localconfig add"
3. Start up the ASM
4. Start up the databases.
