Patch Upload Error in the Software Library

Hello all,
I try to upload the patch 14335896 into my software library and the job gives the message below:

ERROR:Release of patch 14335896 is inconsistent between patch metadata file and uploading page.
ERROR:Upload at least one Patch file

Any idea what is the problem?
