*** Non-existent Users ***

I have 4 non-existent users in Planning that do not exist in Shared Services or within the company anymore.  When I refresh the security in Planning, I get the message below.

com.hyperion.planning.HspRuntimeException: Failed to create Security Filters for the following users: fshaw,pav9344,sas2084,das1492. 

I do not know how to clean up stale users. Do anyone know how?
