OEM 11g Release 1 Grid Control

I tried configuring 11.2.0.3 database in 11g release 1 grid console without any luck. The repository database for 11g grid control is 11.2.0.1. Can someone point me to certification matrix or any document that explains what version of Oracle databases are supported by 11g grid control release 1. We still need some more time to upgrade to 12c grid control due to OS version limitations.Thanks in advance!
