Invalid object IBY_SINGPAY_PUB after applying recommended patches

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

We have applied some patches, as recommended by Patch Wizard tool for our environment. After these patches have been applied, we have a new invalid package body called "IBY_SINGPAY_PUB". When we try to recompile this object, we get the following error:

SQL> alter package apps.iby_singpay_pub compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show errors
