Unable to change owner:group for NFS mounts from the 7120 to a T3-2 server

Hello all, I have a ZFS 7120 storage appliance connected to the network with T3-2 servers mounting NFS shares from it. The shares are currently mounted as rwxrwx--- and owned by nobody:nobody. I have attempted to change ownership to oracle:dba but get an error stating permission denied. I'm doing this as root role. I tried changing it from. Within the appliance but I get errors because the owner:group is not known.
If I change the permissions to rwxrwxrwx in the appliance I can then access the share and write files or read files but I don't want the directory open to the world only the owner:group of my choice. Anyone have a clue on how to reset the permissions and owner:group settings with this device sharing the NFS mounts?

Howdy, Stranger!
