Hi,

The note writes:
Release Sales Order Recommendations Program Ends With An Error [Note 1357558.1]
Applies to:
Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning - Version: 12.1.3 and later   [Release: 12.1 and later ]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

but the patch 11784559 is for R11i, we need the patch for R12.1
