Implement VTVPAGE=LARGE

My customer is now executing ELS7.1. Their VTCS Format is G.They want to implement VTVPAGE=LARGE.
Will appreciate if someone can advise me on what are the co/pre requisites for ELS7.1 PTFs and VSM4 microcode to enable customer to write 2/4 GB vtvs.
