Failed PO jobs, due to AME seed data missing (upgrade patch 6678700 R12.1.1)

Hi,

We are running an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1, and we have issues with the following worker due to, AME seed data missing.
This is the job:
FAILED: file rcvgrrai.ldt
FAILED: file rcvlrrai.ldt


They generates the following logs file US_rcvgrrai_ldt.log and US_rcvlrrai_ldt.log. You have those files attached on this SR.
Uploading from staging tables
 Error loading seed data for TRANSACTION_INPUT_VAR:  AME_TRANS_ID = oracle.apps.po.group.receive, INPUT_NAME = EREC_REQUIRED,  ORA-01403: no data found
