Subledger Period Close Exception Report Shows Unprocessed asset Depreciation Event type

 Hi,

We are unable to close GL. When we ran the subledger period close exceptions report, it is showing one unprocessed depreciation event type for source Assets.

Please help.

Journal Category - Depreciation

Event Class - Depreciation

Event Date   Event Type     Transaction Number     Status

29-Sep-12    Depreciation     81                               Unprocessed

I found below note on metalink. 

Subledger Period Close Exception Report Shows Unprocessed Asset Events [ID 1271554.1]To Bottom

Based on the note, I checked the file version for FAXLAXUB.pls and we are on 120.25.12010000.11
