Groovy AgilePLM script programming questions

Hi All, I am learning how to write Groovy scripts.  I enjoyed the Oracle University eSeminar by Andre Guldi, it was great.  I have a couple of questions.  Anyone?  I wonder if Andre Guldi is here in the community!
1. I can't find the scripting log file!  I have enabled logging (All) in Server Settings / Preferences, yet even after causing a Groovy event handler script to run, I cannot find any log file of the form <user>_agilescript.log on my system.  I'm using Agile 9.3.1.1 with OAS at the moment;  Maybe I'll try another system such as 9.3.1.2 with WebLogic, but I wouldn't expect that to make a difference, would you?  This logging capability is described in the eSeminar on slide 30, in the presentation at
