unzip_aix can't unzip file V23680-01.zip

I downloaded the above 3 files for oracle 11g grid control. I use unzip_aix to unzip these 3 files, the first and second files are working. But the third one is not.

oracle@pclcdb99:[farr_prd]:/exports99/11gR2_64bit/11g_grid_control> ./unzip_aix V23680-01.zip
unzip:  can't find V23680-01.zip, V23680-01.zip.zip or V23680-01.zip.ZIP, so there.

My unix admin have a question 'Does the site you downloaded unzip_aix have a 64-bit version? I think it's because you have a 32-bit version of unzip, which may not be able to handle files larger than 2GB.'
