Error when bringing Punchout shopping cart into iProcurement

hi,

I am facing an error that category is not defined in Purchasing when bringing a shopping cart from the Punchout suppliers website to iProcurement.  I made sure that the Supplier's category code was mapped to our Purchasing category code in the ecommerce gateway (double checked it to make sure that it is exactly as defined in the Purchasing categories form). Not sure if this is a known issue - we are on version 12.1.3 and this is a direct cXML punchout to the supplier.

Any help is appreciaited!
