Oracle TeleService - Charges Tab

In Teleservice, when entering pricing in the charges tab of a service request, is there any way to require a "reason code" when overiding the price?  Or to capture the correct price adjutment when the charges are submitted as an order  It appears that any price can be entered, and no record of the change is maintained.  When an order is created from the charges, there is no record in the pricing adjustments.
