Re: Restricting Groups of People in Full Name Lists for Self Service functionality

SSHR standard Functionality allows you for example to retrieve any person in the database to:

  • Be a reviewer in an appraisal
  • Be an additional approver for an absence request
  • Select any employee using the Change Manager functionality
  • Select any person to manage a vacancy

Is it possible to restrict this list?  e.g. can you restrict it by organisation?  Can a custom security profile be set up and if so does anyone know how this can be done or is this a customisation to the form?
