Database Hunging

Hi All

After upgrading the database from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5 database is hunging with below error

Errors in file /oraunix/app/oracle/admin/p90lhyt/bdump/p90lhyt_arc1_1154.trc:
ORA-00494: enqueue [CF] held for too long (more than 900 seconds) by 'inst 1, osid 1126'
