Observing sluggish performance when navigating thru our R12 Financial application menu processing

We are on Oracle R12 (12.1.3) running GL, AP, PO, AR, Fixed Asset, Treasury, iProcurement , and iExpense applications.

We have about 150 - 200 concurrent users at a time running different processes on these Oracle applications.

 Here are our R12 environment system specs:

  1- Oracle database runs on HP Blade server:

               HP BL490

              2 CPU Quad Core

              64 Gig Memory

 [Database size around 300 gig]

 

  2- Oracle application server runs on HP Blade server:

 

               HP BL280

              2 CPU Quad Core

              64 Gig Memory

 [Our concurrent Manager, web, form, report server, Discoverer, Bi Publisher, WorkFlow and other related Oracle components are running on this server.

 

3- We are using IE 7 browser and running java release 1.6.0_29 version in our user's laptop
