Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Hi, I have been managing a small size database for my company for last few years.I am currently using Database 10g R2  on Win Server 2003 R2 and it works for me well. We are planing to move to Server 2008during  assessment i installed server 2008 64bit and after setting compatibility mode of 10gR2 database setup file i also installed the database successfully. The only issue i am facing is i am unable to access Enterprise management database controller as i use to do on server 2003 R2. I cannot go for database 11g as some of my applications still running on forms/Report 6i.
