How to default a Service Activity Code for Laptop

Hi

I would like to default items in the list of values for laptop.

Let try one first. Need to default the Service Activity Code to Vankit Transaction. It is currrently sorted alphabetically for 5 items. Is it possible and if so where can I find some documentation or advise.

I have searched Metalink and checked all the profile options.
