preparer name of po_requisitions_interface_all for OSP

11.5.10.1.

Run Import requisition program met following error:

Cause:        You entered an inactive employee as the preparer.  

Action:        Enter an active employee as the preparer.  

Action:        Make the preparer an active employee.

The preparer_id is employee_id, and preparer_name is null.

So, where the prepare_id  of OSP comes from? Job_releaser?
