OTL: Unable to select the time card for edit or delete

Hi

I am unable to select the time card for edit or delete.

The time card was created for the period 12-Mar-12. The user has not completed but saved it without any project, task, activity and time. Now I need to delete that line in the recent time card sheet.

Please help
