ATTN: US & Canadian HRMS Customers: Corrections for Wage Accumulation and Skip Rules

Dear Oracle US Payroll Customer, 

We would like to make US Payroll customers aware of two critical bugs after applying the End of Year (EOY) 2012 Phase 1 patch or the Third Quarter (q3) 2012 Statutory patch:

1) Bug 14734712 - GROSS WAGES 0.00 FOR STATE & LOCAL AFTER YEP1 2012 ON ENH+WAGE ACCUM. This issue impacts any US Payroll customer who has the “Enhanced Plus Wage Accumulation" Tax Interface enabled and who has applied either the EOY 2012 Phase 1 patch or the q3 2012 Statutory patch, released on October 1, 2012.  Customers who have applied either of these patches (and who have Wage Accumulation enabled), will have incorrect run results for any payrolls run (since applying either these patches).
