 EBUS R12 upgrade - adpatch failed to restart

Problem Description

While perform EBUS R12 (12.1.1) upgrade (from EBUS 11.5.10.2 -> 12.1.1), the adworker failed due to server memory issue.

adpatch also aborted.  Aftre clearing all the orpahan adworkers processes, we restart the adpatch with "restart option", the adpatch failed with error below:

AutoPatch error:
Unable to find job when reading existing jobs.

No job in manager's jobs_ready list with:
