R12 mwactlwrpr.sh attempts to use the lsof command which is not natively supported on Solaris 10

R12 mwactlwrpr.sh ($Header: mwactlwrpr.sh 120.6.12010000.2 2008/11/07 23:36:19 bvanjaku ship $) attempts to use the lsof command which is not natively supported on Solaris 10.
Whenever the mwactlwrpr.sh startup script is invoked (normally by the adstrtal.sh command) the following is reported:

/appsR12local/inst/apps/KESTRN_tkesweb/admin/scripts/mwactlwrpr.sh: lsof: not found
/appsR12local/inst/apps/KESTRN_tkesweb/admin/scripts/mwactlwrpr.sh: lsof: not found
/appsR12local/inst/apps/KESTRN_tkesweb/admin/scripts/mwactlwrpr.sh: lsof: not found
/appsR12local/inst/apps/KESTRN_tkesweb/admin/scripts/mwactlwrpr.sh: lsof: not found

As a result, other potentially important functionality in this script is not being performed.
