Where can I find the "Resolve Payment Instruction Validation Errors page" on the Payments Dashboard?

Hello,

I'm testing 12.1.3 Payments in Payment Dashboard. There are some errors within a PPR that I'd like to try to correct. All documentation leads me to the Resolve Payment instruction Validatin page, but I cannot get to it.

Where can I find this page?
