How to obtain Media Packs that are no longer available on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud?
When expired media packs need to be obtained, a Non-Technical service request
can be opened with Customer Care using the directions outlined
below:
Directions for Submitting a Media Request in My Oracle Support:
• Go to My Oracle Support (https://support.oracle.com) and login to the site.
• Click on the Contact Us link in the upper right corner of the main page.
• In the pop up window that appears, highlight Media Requests in the Topic section.
• Fill in the fields below the Topic section with the requested information.
• Click on the Send button to submit the media request.
