In Rel 12.1.3 we have many EBS-related database triggers which are Disabled. Should we enable them?

Hi there

We have a whole list of database triggers owned by Applications products which are in Status 'DISABLED'.
(See attached spreadsheet)

However we are not sure if these have changed Status as a result of a recent patch or update.

Should we just enable them?
