Weblink Navigation generic error when hitting save button

Hi,

We have created a weblink for an activity which passes field information from an account. This was working smoothly before but we noticed that during the R20 we are encountering an error when we save the account (error originating at /ondemand/user/tasknew Generic error invalid value) this only happens when we hit the save button but not on the "save and new task"

can someone help me decipher if I am missing something on our URL
