Problems with rate tables Three-Dimensional (Very slow loading or internal error occurs on the serve

We are presenting problems when adding values in the fields in a table of rates three dimensions. The first string is dimensioned with 11 levels, the second dimension is a string with 12 levels and the third dimension is of such amount with 3 levels.
We enter rates in the first level of the third dimension and maintain. When switching to the second or third level for entry rates, the application takes a long time to change the screen, and in most cases we receive an internal server error.
