Contract Purchase Agreements not seen under the Agreements Tab in iSupplier Portal Internal View

I'm trying to determine why our CPA's can't be viewed using the iSupplier Portal Internal View (we aren't using external so that isn't an issue). The only agreements that we can search on are BPA's. None of our CPA's are returned regardless what type of value is selected for Global (null/Yes/No). CPA's are agreements and I would think should be viewed there to determine the amount released.

Another disconnect - is search is performed in Core Purchasing for Document type of Contract Purchase Agreement the summary reflects the Global flag is checked.

However, in iSupplier if I search on the Purchase History tab and select the document type Global Contract Agreement no results are returned for the supplier. If I select the document type of Contract the results for the supplier are returned.
