Creating Email Template- Linked Image Has a Blue Box Around It

While I creating an email template, I added a link to an image (a button [register here]) and a blue box appears around the image when its linked. There are other images linked in the same email template where the blue box does not appear?

Is there a setting I need to change to make the blue box dissapear?
