Real EXCEL in EBS R12

Hello,
I made SR for OPP in my EBS aplication

"I have custom report. Output is excel. I see output file have 29 Mb. OPP can not manage with it and end with warning.
I have /tmp
a. Use XML Publisher's XSLT processor to True.
b. Enable scalable feature of XSLT processor to False.
c. Enable XSLT runtime optimization to True.

I have issue like this because my reports take 1h and have 44Mb. Excel Output File Size Generated By BI Publisher is Very Large [ID 760437.1]

I have ebs 12.1.3."

They give my answer:
'It will be large because the current Excel output is just an HTML and not compressed like PDF. Please use the workaround (save it as .xls file). This is a known limitation of RTF layout templates.
