update the guest domains to S10U10 and CPU2012-07

I need to start updating the LDoms on a T5220.  At this point I can not take an outage to update the firmware (currently Sun System Firmware 7.3.1.a 2011/04/13 22:10).  I would rather not take a control/primary domain (currently SunOS zoot 5.10 Generic_142900-05 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5220 with Logical Domain Manager (v 1.3)) outage either.
I can update the guest domains to S10U10 and CPU2012-07 with the control/primary domain running S10U4 plus 142900-05 and ldm is at 1.3?
