How to make revision for expired contract purchase agreement (CPA)?

I need suggestion on following issue:I have one contract purchase agreement for the duration of 1, August 2012 to 31, January 2013.
If I want to renew(With original terms OR updated terms) this contract after expiry date OR just before expiry date then how can I do that?
