After successfuly appllying patch 5712178, ServerManagerListener.java file is missing

Hi,

Readme of this patch says:
 Please check the version of the following file(s).
   $MWA_TOP/java/tools/ServerManagerListener.java            - 115.59.11510.6

however, there is no file.
