How to make existing Contract agreement(CPA) as Global Contract?

Hi,

We are using 11.5.10.2, we have created some Contract agreements(CPA), which we want to make global contract agreement.
Global flag is not enabled and hence we are not able to check it in Purchase Orders form, but I think oracle is making them as Global as part of upgrade to R12
any idea how we can make them Global in 11i?
