Run Time Events are not workfing

Hi All,
We are using the siebel Automotive vr:8.1.1.3. Recently we are facing some issue with the Run Time Events.
We are calling few workflow through the RTE. This RTE is working IN DEU(German) Application but not working in ENU.
Your response is very appreciated.
