Talent Profile and Succession Planning

Hi,

Is there anyone that has implemented the Talent Profile functionality successfully. I am struggling with the talent profile menus. The one in the seeded Manager Self Service is different from the one in the seeded Succession Planning - both supposed to be for Managers. My Manager and Employee actions menus are not working as expected.

Please help!
