Permits and EAM Work Orders

Hi,

Need some opinions on how to achieve below without any customization?

a) Disallow Work Order association to Permits when the Permit is not Released and Approved.

b) Disallow Work Order Release if it is not associated with an Approved Permit.

Believe these could be common requirements and hopefully some workarounds would be existing.
