Problem starting Message Gateway - ORA-01403 No Data Found

 Hi,
Any Oracle Message Gateway users out there?

We have run into a very unusual issue with it.  After issuing the 'exec dbms_mgwadm.startup' command our agent is left with a status of START_SCHEDULED and an error is displayed in the MGW_GATEWAY view - ORA-01403 no data found.

We already have several running instances both in production and dev on single-node and RAC databases versions 10g and 11g.  We have gone through all the configuration steps in the Oracle Docs and verified that the listener and tnsnames configs are correct.  Tests have been successfully performed on the MGW_AGENT definition.
