Client suddenly shuts down

Hi all,
if you open several forms at once the EBS Client will shut down without any error messge for user. It's simply gone. No error in client system log, java log and on server side.
Seems it's depending on the cache size the form needs - for 'small' forms you need more of them. For big ones it takes less.
Our SR form for example has quite a few FP's. After the 4th one is open the client is gone.
It is not restricted to forms with customizations - also pure standard ones show the same behaviour.

Anybody ever seen something similar? Any root cause you can think of?
