Exiting JDEW vs Logging off JDEW

Is there a way to exit (F3) JDEW instead of logging off (90)?  We would like to be able to exit back to a softmenu of other non-JDE choices, instead of logging out of JDE, which logs us completely off of OS400.
Since we are a concurrent license user, we would desire that the exit process return the license...making it available for someone  else to use.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
