Patch 14296590: 11i.HR. Patch Was Obsoleted, Need Assistance

VPC Team member opened this thread on behalf of the customer.

After applying 11i HR_PF.K.RUP.7, system is causing error while changing Salary basis.
Get error APP-PAY-07031.
Found Known Issue log and this bug was added on 12-SEP-2012.
When I try to download the patch, get warnings about it being Obsolete.

This Patch is Obsolete. It cannot be Downloaded

checked ARU and found Patch 14296590, Reason for Obsolescence/Superseding

Patch 14600284 is available for download.
