Marketing Activity Details Web Link - Not Working

Hi!
I need help configuring the ODM link for Marketing Activity History on the Contact Record.

This is what I have:

The page does not seem to be loading in a fair amount of time and when it did, it said that this user was not found in the system.

Please help.

I want our users to be able to see the ODM activity that the contact is taking part in without actually publishing activities.
