query to pull Horizontal Plan from ASCP tables

Colleagues,
At the age of MRP i used API (MRP_HORIZONTAL_PLAN_SC.POPULATE_HORIZONTAL_PLAN) to populate temp table (mrp_material_plans) and them simple query from temp table.

Is there similar or better way to pull horizontal plan from ASCP?
