Loading items with a custom load program to Templates, and receiving error - "The column specified in MTL_INTERFACE_ERRORS.COLUMN_NAME must be specified as either be 'Y' or 'N' in the interface table".

I went ahead and enabled and populated value of No on 'Calculate ATP' on a recommendation and still getting error.   There is a recommendation of Patch 10010108:R12.ITM.C.  Any other recommendations before I move to this recommendation?
