Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

I heard at OOW 2012 from one of the presenters that there was functionality in MOS that allows you to tag or mark documents or notes so if they change you can be notified.  I haven't been able to figure out or find where that is possible.  Has someone seen/heard of that and figured it out?  If so, can you please post the steps?
